Editing of pipe feeds may be automated to a high degree. ''<IS_TS id=iNameOPStrefaPrzylaczy/>'' is a component inserted by the user into the project to connect ''<IS_TS id=strRHConstructionTitle/>'' type components with component ''<IS_TS id=iName2Rozdz/>''. Based on the arrangement and settings of ''<IS_TS id=iNameOPStrefaPrzylaczy/>'' components, when performing calculations the program automatically generates a set of components of the ''<IS_TS id=iNameOPDzialka/>'' type, taking into account the number of connected ''<IS_TS id=strPGCh/>'' components. That number is the result of dividing ''<IS_TS id=strRHConstructionTitle/>'' into loops, which may be either done automatically or specified by the user. ''<IS_TS id=iNameOPDzialka/>'' may also be edited manually.

Description

The Тръбна серпентина components connect Колектори with proper Отоплителна/охладителна повърхност components. The Тръбна серпентина components can be generated automatically in the required number and with maintained pipe spacing using the Трасе на тръбни серпентини component. Alternatively, pipe feeds can be arranged manually using the Участък component.

Location in the program

  • Трасе на тръбни серпентини is available in section on the Главни ленти с инструменти toolbar, for the active editing scopes Лъчисти подове, стени or Лъчисти тавани.

  • The Участък component is available in the Разпределение - отоплителни инсталации section on the Главни ленти с инструменти toolbar for the enabled editing scopes: Лъчисти подове, стени, Лъчисти тавани or Конвекция.
    The Тръбна серпентина component is inserted using the Участък or Pipe run pair component. Distinguishing between Тръбна серпентина and Участък is done automatically depending on whether it is connected to a Отоплителна/Охладителна зона or to other component.

Important properties

  1. Number of generated pipe feed pairs - the program automatically generates the number of required pipe feed pairs depending on the number of Отоплителна/охладителна повърхностs formed after division of the connected Отоплителна/Охладителна зона.
  2. Pipe feed orientation in relation to section of pipe feed route - indicates on which side of the section of Трасе на тръбни серпентини should the pipe feeds be generated.
  3. Широчина на лента
    • - maximum width of the band within which the generated pipe feeds are arranged will depend on the number of the required pipe feed pairs.
    • Определен от Потребителя - maximum width of the band within which the generated pipe feeds are arranged will be as specified by the user.

    • От Отоп./Охл. зона - spacing of the generated pipe feeds will correspond to the pipe spacing in Отоплителна/Охладителна зона across which the Трасе на тръбни серпентини runs.

  5. VA в целева О/Охл. повърхност - spacing of the generated pipe feeds to be arranged in Отоплителна/охладителна повърхност to which the Трасе на тръбни серпентини leads.

Connecting to Колектори

The first segment of Трасе на тръбни серпентини should be connected to any point on the axis of the manifold (between the flow rail and return rail). Pipe feeds will be generated automatically in proper sequence and with min. spacing coresponding to the distance between connection points on the manifold rail.

Arranging the Трасе на тръбни серпентини

The arranging of Трасе на тръбни серпентини is facilitated by using the operating modes ОРТО and АВТО and the SHIFT key.

Connecting to Отоплителна/Охладителна зона

Point of connection of Трасе на тръбни серпентини to Отоплителна/Охладителна зона, the so-called "wifi" antenna - indicates the point where the specified Отоплителна/Охладителна зона is connected to Трасе на тръбни серпентини.

  • Correction of connection of Трасе на тръбни серпентини with Отоплителна/Охладителна зона.
    After making proper connection within the connected Отоплителна/Охладителна зона, a "wifi" antenna symbol appears. If there is no "wifi" antenna symbol at the connection point, drag the hot-point at the end of the Трасе на тръбни серпентини section with the left mouse button pressed to within the Отоплителна/Охладителна зона area until green highlighting appears. Release the left mouse button. It is possible to connect one section of Трасе на тръбни серпентини to the corner of several adjacent Отоплителна/Охладителна зонаs (see the video).
  • Disconnecting Трасе на тръбни серпентини from Отоплителна/Охладителна зона.
    If the connection point has been set improperly, it can be modified manually. To disconnect Трасе на тръбни серпентини, follow the operations described above with the SHIFT key pressed - the green highlighting will disappear and upon releasing the left mouse key the section will be disonnected (see the video).

Automatic generation of pipe feeds can be disabled in the pop-up menu of Трасе на тръбни серпентини available upon right clicking. This implies:

  • disabling automatic division of Отоплителна/Охладителна зона (a relevant message is displayed),
  • disabling that mode also for subsequent sections of Трасе на тръбни серпентини,
  • loss of manual settings of properties made for this section (these sections) of Трасе на тръбни серпентини.

Automatic generation of pipe feeds can be enabled at any moment of project creation.

Pipe feeds - manual arrangement of pipe feeds using a Pipe-run pair
